Sketch

All prices are listed in USD

Loose rendering will be + $15.
Abstract background elements are + $10.
Simple backgrounds are free of charge.Artistic nudity is + $15-20, depending on request.

Note that my sketches are experimental! The style of work may vary depending on how I'm feeling that day; this will not change the quality of work given.

Monochrome

All prices are listed in USD

Abstract background elements are + $20-30, depending on complexity.
Simple backgrounds are free of charge.Artistic nudity is + $30-40, depending on request.

This style of commission includes desaturated color and basic rendering. However, the complexity of render may change depending on atmosphere or how I'm feeling that day!

By purchasing my art services, you automatically agree to the following conditions.

My work is exclusively for personal use. These terms and conditions reflect this.

Due to Emergency Situations, my deadline is undetermined temporarily.

payment

✦ All payments must be in USD. Prices will be adjusted per conversion rates.

✦ Payments are only made through PayPal & Invoices.

✦ Once I accept your commission, an invoice will be sent to your email of choice and must be paid within three days of your request. Work will not be started until payment or partial is received.

✦ Payment is due in full for any commission equal to or below $100 USD.

✦ For any commissions above $100 USD, 50/50 payment plans can be discussed. However, I will not continue work until the rest is paid once the sketch is approved.

✦ Any chargebacks filed against my account will be fought and you'll be blacklisted from future work.

artist

By commissioning me, you're purchasing my artist labor only. I retain all copyright to my work, which includes but not limited to the right of distribution (not for monetary gain) or use the image as a sample for self-promotion, unless otherwise agreed upon.

✦ Due to my disability, my turnaround time may vary; few days to a couple months. If you wish for a specific deadline, please communicate this in advance! Depending on the requested deadline, an extra fee may be charged.

✦ I hold the right to post and use my work. Your ownership of any character(s) will be credited. If you wish for me to not publicly post your commission, please let me know! I'll respect this request, no explanation necessary.

✦ I reserve the right to modify and resell any rejected sketches at a later date.

✦ I hold every right to deny your commission request without reasoning or questioning.

✦ I do not allow my work to be used for commercial use. This will not be negotiable.

✦ Using my work for NFTs / AI is strictly prohibited.
If I see my work being used for this purpose, this will result in a blacklist.

commissioner

As the client, once a piece is commissioned you may use it for any personal use that you please as long as it's credited and linked back to any of my socials. Your personal use includes but not limited to icons, signatures, layouts, wallpapers, themes and personal site display.

✦ You are to provide clear and concise references for your requested commission; photos, poses, important details. Failure to do so may result in denial of your request or an extra fee.

✦ You may not claim the work to be your own, edit or set it up for redistribution. You may not use it for any external projects, commercial or non-commercial.

✦ You are not permitted to remove my watermark.

✦ You do not have permission to redistribute, reproduce, or use your commission in any blockchain-related technology, to include NFTS, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.

If you are not sure whether your request counts as personal, feel free to ask me about its intended use.

procedure

✦ All of my work will be done on a light grey canvas or other color of choosing that is not eye-straining. I am unable to work on white or bright canvases.

✦ Progress shots are sent when significant changes have been made. You’re allowed to check up on my progress but do not spam me nor add pressure. I do my best to keep you updated.

✦ If I do not receive any responses for edits within three days of sending progress shots, I will continue work assuming that it was approved.

✦ I allow any request of minor changes and edits with no extra cost. (ie. color changes, minor edits to lines, sizing.) Any request of larger changes will cost a a minimum of $5 depending on the changes, such as redoing the sketch.

✦ Once the commission is completed and approved, it will be sent through email. If you hadn't received the email, please reach out and I'll resolve it ASAP.

Refunds

✦ I do not provide refunds. The only exception to this is if I, the artist, deem myself unable to complete your commission due to my disability. If this is the case, I'll initiate the refund.

✦ Once I start your commission, I cannot refund you the full amount if I personally initiate one. This is negotiable depending on the state of your commission.

✦ Filing a chargeback against my account will result in you being blacklisted.
